For a flat fee of $45.00^ (gst included) Merlin Systems will attempt to remedy the situation. This can be done over the phone (available throughout North America) or in Toronto, in-person at the client's location*. "CODE RED" services are designed to get users back to using their computers as quickly as possible, that is why if the problem can't be solved over the phone, an in-person consultation will be done the SAME DAY+ to provide for the most expeditious resolution.
